There are many places to line dance in those days. Distributors Dance, Dance Supply Discount and myshoes.com to name a few. Try a search for "Dance Supplies" or "dance shoes". Lacing shoes are often lyrical, folk dancing, or shoes, not ballet slippers. Good luck!
I know it sounds strange, but it is Ebay. Not sure whether the price, but you can buy new shoes on Ebay. Or you could buy used were those that are hardly used.
