Can someone who knows what they're doing critique these WELDS for me? - cheapest metal cores

I have experience in the welding of very few - perhaps 10 minutes after a Hello from a stroke, the machine at work, and everything that we learn how the book so the weld.

Finally wasted and I bought a welder flux core business, and I play about half an hour to take my new toy.

I wonder what kind of realized weld quality are, I can do, and if there is a problem that none of these 4 balls please let me know what they are, I can not improve!
